We are seeking an experienced TM1 Architect to lead the design and architecture of enterprise-scale IBM Planning Analytics solutions.
This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to guide both stakeholders and development teams through complex planning and analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define architecture and best practices for TM1 / Planning Analytics environments
- Lead the design of scalable multi-cube planning and forecasting solutions
- Architect integrations between TM1 and enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, and data warehouses
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to TM1 developers
- Optimize system performance, security, and scalability
- Collaborate with business leaders to align technical solutions with organizational goals
- Establish governance standards, deployment strategies, and development frameworks
Qualifications
- Professional fluency in English
- 7+ years of TM1 / Planning Analytics experience
- Strong expertise in TM1 architecture, performance tuning, and enterprise integrations
- Experience with PAW, PAfE, and cloud-based Planning Analytics environments
- Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting workflows
- Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
