We are seeking a Design Thinking Facilitator to lead collaborative workshops and innovation sessions that help organizations solve complex business and user experience challenges.
The ideal candidate will guide cross-functional teams through structured ideation and problem-solving processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate design thinking workshops and innovation sessions
- Lead stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and collaborative exercises
- Guide teams through ideation, journey mapping, and solution framing activities
- Support product strategy and customer experience initiatives
- Translate workshop outcomes into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with UX, product, and business teams throughout project delivery
- Create workshop materials, frameworks, and presentation deliverables
Qualifications
- Professional fluency in English
- Experience facilitating design thinking or innovation workshops
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of UX, customer experience, and product strategy principles
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
- Experience with workshop tools such as Miro or FigJam
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
